How to apply special deals/promo cods on my order?
As you check out, in the payment page , you will find the box to enter your promo code in. You cannot combine more than 1 promo code for the same order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, your order cancellation couldn’t be easier, just drop an email at decorunits@gmail.com (In case of prepaid deposit your deposit will be refunded through your original payment method)

How It Works
For an exchange or refund, you can return your products within 14 days, Simply return the unopened items and please return them with proof of purchase.
If the returns criteria are not met fully, we may refuse the return.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and Decor Units commercial guarantees.

DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order.
